Summermusik Announces the Following Vacancies:

Compensation
$142 Per-Service

10-service minimum, 20 services offered on average

Summermusik with resident ensemble the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra presents a 4-week festival season in August (attendance is required) with additional full orchestra and chamber music concerts throughout the year (attendance is optional). Summermusik does not provide housing or travel expense reimbursement but does work with musicians to provide host accommodations as requested.

Auditions scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026 (Section Violin)
and Tuesday, May 12, 2026 (Section Bass)

Audition repertoire for all rounds of the audition will be taken from the lists linked below. There may be sight-reading in all rounds of the audition. Candidates should be prepared to play from CCO parts if asked. All excerpts will be available to candidates via PDF upon receipt of resume and Voluntary Self Identification Form.
